Nova Directions (est. 2003) provides executive coaching, team facilitation and training to individuals, teams and organisations in managing change and transition, in pursuit of higher levels of performance and satisfaction. We draw on our extensive knowledge and experience working with executives and teams of multinationals, government departments, and non-profit organisations across Europe, SouthEast Asia and Australia.
